Privacy Policy

TrendKraken collects only data needed to run a paid TikTok trendwatch product: account email, subscription status, saved sources, analyzed URLs, favorites, usage counters, and operational logs.

Payments are processed by Creem. Email sign-in is handled through Firebase Auth. Product data is stored in Supabase. Daily digest and support email may be sent through configured email providers.

TrendKraken does not sell personal data and does not use production customer data to train AI models. The paid product path is deterministic and does not call an LLM.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data by emailing support@trendkraken.com.
